HANOI, Sept. 17 (Xinhua) — A truck ran over people at a market in central Vietnam's Quang Tri Province on Wednesday, killing at least three people and injuring several others, local newspaper Tuoi Che (Youth) reported.
According to reports, among the dead were a woman eight months pregnant and a Laotian citizen.
The incident occurred around 7:50 a.m. local time. The collision caused the collapse of small merchants' stalls.
Local authorities rushed to the scene to organize rescue operations. –0–
