On September 14, a rescued dolphin named "Wanwan", which had previously been stranded in Wanning, Hainan Province, was successfully returned to the sea.
According to available information, on June 18, the Wanwan accidentally ran aground near the Shenzhou Peninsula in Wanning. After nearly three months of treatment and rehabilitation, it regained its health. After consultation with experts, the Wanwan was transported to a suitable marine area in Wanning and successfully returned to its natural habitat.
