Applications from those wishing to participate in the auction are accepted until September 30," said Kirill Purtov.

The building is located at the address: Yauzskaya Street, Building 10/12, Building 2. The auction will take place on October 10 on the electronic platform "RoselTorg"To participate, you will need registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature.

The sale of commercial real estate at auctions gives impetus to the development of the capital's economy and helps preserve the historical appearance of the city.

The largest of them are a building on Vorontsovskaya Street and a historic building in Bolshoy Drovyanoy Lane with an area of 547.8 and 383 square meters, respectively. Interest in such lots is due to the high potential of the capital's central districts for business development," she noted.
