"The KRT project in the Orekhovo-Borisovo Yuzhnoye district provides for the redevelopment of three sites with a total area of 22.85 hectares, on which a total of 16 thousand square meters of real estate will be built. On the largest of them, with an area of 17.49 hectares, it is planned to build a dormitory for 800 employees of the bus depot. The building will be located near the operational site of the motor transport enterprise. Three communal production bases will be preserved on this site – the State Budgetary Institution "Zhilishchnik" of the Orekhovo-Borisovo Yuzhnoye, Orekhovo-Borisovo Severnoye and Zyablikovo districts. In addition, territory will be reserved here for the placement of communal facilities and a bus parking lot. Another bus parking lot will be arranged on a neighboring site with an area of 5.2 hectares," said Vladislav Ovchinsky.
The reorganized sites are located surrounded by Kashirskoe Highway, MKAD and Yeletskaya Street.
