Krasnoyarsk Krai has become the 43rd region whose state and municipal institutions have been given the opportunity to purchase necessary goods and services through the Moscow supplier portal. This was reported by Maria Bagreeva, Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Head of the Moscow Department of Economic Policy and Development.

"In September, the 43rd region — Krasnoyarsk Krai — joined the supplier portal. Over the past five years, the number of regions whose institutions can publish purchases on the platform has grown by a quarter. The number of customers has increased by almost a third and exceeds 60 thousand. Connecting to the portal opens up the opportunity for state and municipal organizations in the region: schools, kindergartens, hospitals, government agencies — to optimize procurement activities. Trading on the platform is conducted online, which allows customers to work with suppliers from all over the country, purchase goods, works and services at optimal prices and save budget funds," said Maria Bagreeva.

There are six suppliers per customer on the portal. This ratio ensures a high level of competition, due to which the reduction of initial prices in quotation sessions is on average 14 percent.

"Krasnoyarsk Krai is one of the active supplier regions on the platform. In the first half of this year, the volume of transactions of Krasnoyarsk entrepreneurs on the portal amounted to 213 million rubles. Now customers from this region will also be able to evaluate the advantages of public procurement on the electronic platform," he noted.

Kirill Purtov, head of the capital's Department of Competition Policy.

IN Department of Information Technology of the City of Moscow emphasized that when connecting to the portal, regions have access to different ways of placing a purchase. It can be published directly on the platform, concluding a contract there, or integrated into the local information system. The addition of new regions to the platform allows customers to increase the number of entrepreneurs when conducting procedures, and also contributes to increased competition and a reduction in the cost of the contract due to more favorable offers.

Suppliers portal was created in 2013 to automate small-volume purchases. The list of goods and services offered by entrepreneurs includes more than 3.2 million unique items. About 1.5 thousand contracts are concluded on the platform daily.

Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin reported that in the first half of 2025, the portal carried out purchases worth almost 58 billion rubles.

The functional customer of the portal is the capital Department of Competition Policy, and its technical development is supervised by Department of Information Technology of the City of Moscow.

Development of electronic services for business corresponds to the objectives of the national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State" and the Moscow regional project "Digital Public Administration".
