In addition, a school building for 1,100 students is in a high state of readiness. It will accommodate children from grades one to eleven. A stadium with a football field, a multi-purpose playground for volleyball and basketball, and workout areas will be equipped on the adjacent territory.
The residential area is located between Akademika Semenova Street and the Solntsevo-Butovo-Varshavskoe Shosse highway. Five kindergartens, two schools, and a children's and an adult clinic have already been built there.
