BEIJING, Sept. 16 (Xinhua) — Chinese Vice President Han Zheng will attend and deliver a speech at the opening ceremony of the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit to be held in Nanning, capital of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, on Sept. 17, a Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced Tuesday.
