NANCHANG, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) — Five people were killed and one was injured in a traffic accident involving a minibus and a semi-trailer in east China's Jiangxi Province on Friday.
The collision occurred at around 4:00 a.m. on National Highway 206 in Nanfeng County, Fuzhou City, according to the provincial public security bureau.
All five passengers of the minibus were declared dead, the driver is receiving medical assistance for his injuries. At the time of the accident, the minibus was not overloaded.
The driver who was operating the semi-trailer was not injured.
An investigation into the cause of the accident is underway. –0–
