BEIJING, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) — In accordance with the agreement between China and the United States, Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng will go to Spain for talks with the American side, an official with the Chinese Ministry of Commerce said on Friday.
He Lifeng, also a member of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, will visit Spain as the head of a delegation from September 14 to 17, the official added.
