The "Professionals" championship became a real test for the students of the Information Technology Department of the Institute of Secondary Vocational Education of SPbPU. Violetta Molodtsova and her mentor Daria Bolotnova performed brilliantly at the final stage of the competition in Kaluga, winning silver medals in the "Design and Manufacturing of Prostheses and Orthoses" competency in both the individual and team standings.

The path to the final was not easy and included several important stages.

City stage in Saint Petersburg (April 2025) — gold medal. Interregional stage in Veliky Novgorod (July 2025) — gold medal. Russian final in Kaluga (August 2025) — silver medal.

The contestants had to demonstrate a high level of training in several key areas: 3D modeling, circuit design, programming, and medical knowledge.

The team's expert mentor Daria Bolotnova shared her impressions of the preparation: This year we focused on improving 3D modeling skills and refining the shell design. The competition tasks were varied and allowed the participants to demonstrate not only their professional skills, but also their communication skills. The experience gained in Kaluga will be a valuable contribution to the preparation of future contestants.

Violetta Molodtsova noted: Despite a certain amount of stress, participation in the championship was very interesting. In the future, I plan to pay more attention to working with the resource set, especially in terms of programming, since this is the most difficult aspect of the competition task.

Both participants expressed a desire to continue participating in the championship movement, but now as expert mentors. This indicates a high level of motivation and dedication to professional development.

The Professionals Championship is one of the key events in the Russian professional education system, aimed at developing the country's human resources potential and forming a community of young professionals. As part of this large-scale event, talented students and young professionals compete in various professional competencies, demonstrating their skills and abilities.
