On September 17, 2025 at 16:15 in the Atrium of the Center for Information Technologies of the State University of Management (Business Center) there will be an open lecture by Vladimir Zotov – Doctor of Economics, Professor, Honored Worker of Transport of the Russian Federation, Honored Worker of Higher Professional Education and laureate of the Russian Government Prizes in the field of education and science.
Lecture topic: “State and municipal administration: introduction to professional activity with practical examples for career growth.”
The professor will share his unique experience as a top manager – for 25 years he headed the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow with a population of over 1.3 million people. The event will include an autograph session with Vladimir Zotov’s book “Keys to Success: A Career Compass from a Minister” – a practical guide for future and current managers.
