On September 10, 2025, the State University of Management signed a cooperation agreement with the Center for Technical Development (CTR) LLC. The document was signed by the rector of the State University of Management Vladimir Stroyev and a member of the Coordination Council of Delovaya Rossiya, CEO of CTR Alexey Kuchmin.
"The agreement with the TRC was the result of working agreements with the head of the Executive Committee of "Business Russia" Nonna Kagramanyan. I would like to especially note the high rate of development of our cooperation – only at the end of July we outlined its new vectors, and already at the beginning of the academic year our students get the opportunity to practice at the Center for Technical Development of "Business Russia". This in turn will contribute to the solution of personnel issues of the country and the development of domestic engineering," said the rector of the State University of Management Vladimir Stroyev.
The parties expect to jointly implement educational, scientific, career guidance, educational and information projects. The Center for Development and the State University of Management will conduct research work, participate in the examination of programs and projects, as well as research results. The organizations intend to improve the conditions for training students of the State University of Management, consult students and graduates on employment, and send young people to the Center for Development and Management for practical training. In addition, the parties will jointly organize seminars, meetings and exchange information.
"The agreement opens new horizons for both parties, strengthens the connection between the academic environment and our industry, and creates unique opportunities for students and our employees. We strive to develop educational programs that will meet modern labor market requirements. Joint projects and internships will allow students to gain practical experience, and our company will gain fresh ideas and talent. I am confident that the partnership will become the basis for innovative developments in the field of engineering solutions and will increase the competitiveness of our specialists," said Alexey Kuchmin, CEO of the Center for Development and Innovations.
Before signing the agreement, Deputy Chairman and Head of the Executive Committee of Delovaya Rossiya, GUU graduate Nonna Kagramanyan held a meeting with Vladimir Stroyev. They discussed the development of cooperation between the business organization and GUU, including holding events to train young businessmen and engineers.
"For the dynamic development of the economy, it is important to train employees with fundamental knowledge and practical competencies. SUM plays a key role in this process. Developing our cooperation with the university is a strategic investment in the future. Together, we create an environment where promising personnel and leaders are trained who are capable of generating breakthrough ideas, launching innovative projects and ensuring the technological sovereignty of the country. Supporting young entrepreneurs at the initial stage is also one of the main priorities of "Business Russia" and we will continue working in this direction together with SUM," Nonna Kagramanyan emphasized.
