The following issues are planned to be considered at the meeting:
1. The draft order is aimed at providing subsidies from the federal budget to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the implementation of measures aimed at providing small and medium-sized businesses with services and support measures by export support centers in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
3. On the draft federal law “On Amendments to Article 149 of Part Two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation”
The bill provides for exemption from value added tax on transactions involving the making and returning of deposits (issuance and repayment of loans) in precious metals and bullion.
4. On the allocation of budgetary allocations to Rosvodresursy in 2025 from the reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation for the provision of a subsidy from the federal budget to the budget of the Amur Region
The draft order is aimed at co-financing the expenditure obligations of the Amur Region for the construction of the capital construction project "Construction of engineering structures for flood protection in the villages of Ust-Ivanovka, Vladimirovka, and Grodekovo in the Blagoveshchensky District. Stage 2. Construction of engineering structures for flood protection in the village of Vladimirovka in the Blagoveshchensky District."
