The government continues to assist regions in creating a comfortable urban environment. In 2025, the Udmurt Republic will receive 200 million rubles for the construction of the Zodchy Dudin Embankment in Izhevsk. The order to this effect was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
Funds from the Government's reserve fund are allocated on a co-financing basis. It is planned that by the end of 2025 the level of technical readiness of the embankment will be at least 40%.
The Izhevskiy Pond Embankment is one of the city's main tourist attractions. In 2010, a large-scale reconstruction of its southern part was completed. The next stage, the implementation of which has already begun, is the reconstruction and construction of the northern part of the embankment. It is planned that a pedestrian zone with various service facilities and small architectural forms will be arranged there. Completion of the construction of the Zodchy Dudin Embankment is planned for 2026.
