Project "Youth of Moscow" opens the intellectual games league "Think. Answer". The first meeting will be held on September 11. Participants will be able to test their knowledge in various fields, as well as develop communication and leadership skills.
"The project "Youth of Moscow" strives to create a space for young city residents where they can demonstrate their knowledge, initiative and team spirit. The intellectual games league "Think. Answer" is an opportunity not only to test your erudition, but also to make new acquaintances, find like-minded people and friends. We invite all active and inquisitive children to become part of this project and try their hand at intellectual competition," said Margarita Savinkina, head of the project "Youth of Moscow".
Teams of six people can participate. The league will have two sections: the first is for university students, the second is for students of the capital's colleges. Up to 30 teams can participate in each of them. To do this, you need to submit an application on the portal "Youth of Moscow" until September 10.
The league games will be held at the sites of the capital's educational institutions. Six meetings will be organized for students of each division, during which the teams will score points. Each game consists of seven rounds. In the media round, participants will guess the names of songs or films by the melody or frame, and at the "I Believe It or Not" stage, students will have to test their intuition by answering whether the fact in front of them is true or false. Questions related to trends and Moscow will also be prepared for the participants.
Each game will have a thematic tour. It will be dedicated to outstanding people of different eras who left a bright mark on the history of Russia – from statesmen and writers to travelers and artists.
At the end of each game, teams will be awarded points on a 10-point scale. At the end of the year, there will be a final in which the best teams from each division will compete. 15 teams with the highest scores over six games will be selected to participate in this game.
