Entrepreneurs can take part in the auction for the sale of a three-story building production complex area of more than six thousand square meters. The building is located in Zelenograd. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy Kirill Purtov.
"The three-story building with an area of 6,133.9 square meters is located in the Savelki district on the territory of the STMP-Zelenograd technology park. The facility has an industrial purpose, it can accommodate, for example, an enterprise in the field of electronics, microelectronics and instrument making. The technology park has the status of an investment priority project, which will allow the winner of the auction to receive tax benefits from the city. The acceptance of applications for participation in the auction will end on September 8, and the open auction will be held on September 12. Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can take part in the auction," said Kirill Purtov.
The building is located at the address: Sosnovaya Alley, land plot No. 6/2. It is connected to all main utilities: electricity, gas, water supply and sewerage. The auction will be held on the Roseltorg electronic platform. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature will be required to participate.
Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin reported that new ones had appeared in the capital two new technology parks in the Ostankinsky district and in Zelenograd. Currently, 47 technology parks have been opened in the capital, where more than 74.8 thousand people work. By 2030, it is planned to commission 2.5 million square meters of new production and office space and attract about 475 billion rubles of investment.
