During the implementation of the integrated development of territories (IDT) project near the village of Yakovlevo in the Troitsky administrative district, three more buildings were built as part of a residential quarter. They are located on Lesnaya Street (house 111, buildings 5, 6 and 7). This was reported by Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov.
"The area near the village of Yakovlevo is one of six KRT sites where active construction work is underway. An experimental residential microdistrict is being formed on a site with an area of 11.66 hectares. In addition to new buildings erected using large-scale modular technology, the project provides for the creation of the necessary infrastructure, including social infrastructure. In total, 12 residential buildings will appear on the site as part of the first stage of construction. Five of them, with a total area of over 17 thousand square meters, were built several months ago, and three more, with a total area of over 12 thousand square meters, were completed this summer," said Vladimir Efimov.
The agreement on the integrated development of the territory was concluded in 2023. The residential microdistrict is being built using innovative modular technology. Large-sized modules are manufactured in factory conditions. This allows quality control at each stage and eliminates errors that may occur during traditional construction. The modules arrive at the construction site already finished.
"In the future microdistrict near the village of Yakovlevo, three more modern new buildings have been erected. The total area of the largest of them is 8.48 thousand square meters, and the other two buildings – over four thousand square meters. A total of 168 apartments have been prepared for occupancy: 114 in one building and 27 in each of the other two. It is planned that next to the new residential buildings, the developer will build and transfer to the city an educational complex for 150 students and 100 pupils, as well as premises for a milk kitchen," noted the head of the capital's Department of Urban Development Policy.
Chairman of the Committee for State Construction Supervision of the City of Moscow (Mosgosstroynadzor) Anton Slobodchikov noted that the construction of buildings with a living area of almost 7.9 thousand square meters was carried out under the supervision of the department. During all stages, inspectors carried out on-site events, during which they assessed the quality of the work and materials used. Based on the results of the comprehensive inspection, Mosgosstroynadzor issued a conclusion on the compliance of the buildings with the design documentation.
