The second stage of the Alabushevo technopark, located in the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone (SEZ) in Zelenograd, is more than 75 percent complete. "On the instructions of Sergei Sobyanin, a program to stimulate the creation of employment opportunities is being implemented in the city. Thus, within the framework of the initiative, 11 modern industrial and office facilities with a total area of over 280 thousand square meters will appear in Zelenograd, two of which have already been commissioned. After the completion of construction, about four thousand new jobs will be created here. This will provide additional employment opportunities for residents of the district and strengthen the position of Zelenograd as a key center of high-tech production in the capital," said Maxim Liksutov.
Monolithic works have now been fully completed, as well as the installation of roofs, facades of industrial buildings and pouring of industrial strips. Metropolitan State Construction Supervision Committee supervises the construction of the facility at all stages. As the head of the department noted Anton Slobodchikov, the total area of buildings of the second stage of the Alabushevo technopark will be almost 52 thousand square meters. The committee inspectors have already organized five on-site inspections, during which they assessed the compliance of the completed work with design solutions. The last event was attended by specialists from the subordinate Center for Expertise, Research and Testing in Construction to conduct instrumental quality control of structures and materials.
