Since the beginning of the renovation program, the city has handed over 17 residential complexes in Lublin for settlement. Almost four thousand families have celebrated housewarming. In total, 152 old houses in the district are planned to be resettled. 29.7 thousand Muscovites will receive new apartments.
"In the Lyublino district, resettlement began in 2021 in a new building on Lyublinskaya Street. 3.8 thousand families have already celebrated their housewarming. They moved into apartments with finished improved finishing that do not require additional repairs. Most of the resettled families took advantage of the city's free assistance when moving: they were provided with movers and a car to transport their belongings. This service, provided for by the program's guarantees, is available to all residents who have signed a contract for new housing," said Vladislav Ovchinsky.
