The city-appointed operators will redevelop seven sites under the integrated development of territories (IDT) program in the Western Administrative District. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov.
"In the Western Administrative District of the capital, KRT operators are reorganizing inefficiently used territories with an area of 20.6 hectares. The urban development potential of the sites allocated for redevelopment, located in eight districts, is 552.2 thousand square meters of real estate, including housing, social and public-business infrastructure facilities. As a result, balanced urban spaces will be formed, where people will be able to receive the necessary services and find work near their home," said Vladimir Efimov.
The plots are located in the areas of Dorogomilovo, Novo-Peredelkino, Ramenki, Solntsevo, Troparevo-Nikulino, Prospekt Vernadskogo, Filevsky Park and Fili-Davydkovo. They have well-developed infrastructure, including transport, which makes the projects even more attractive.
"Part of the housing – over 278 thousand square meters – is intended for the implementation of the renovation program. The total area of apartments in new buildings will be 169.8 thousand square meters. This will provide new housing for about 6.9 thousand city residents. In turn, 139.7 thousand "squares" will be the area of educational facilities and public and business infrastructure. The city has set deadlines for the implementation of each of the seven projects: depending on the development parameters and the total amount of work, they vary from three to eight years," said the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the capital's Department of Urban Development Policy
Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin made a decisioncomprehensive development three non-residential development sites in the Presnensky and Khoroshevsky districts.
According to the program of integrated development of territories, multifunctional city blocks are being created, where roads, comfortable housing and all necessary infrastructure are being designed on the site of former industrial zones and inefficiently used areas. Currently, 336 KRT projects with a total area of more than 4.2 thousand hectares are at various stages of development and implementation in Moscow.
