The project of a residential complex under the renovation program in the east of the capital has been approved at the address: Sirenevy Boulevard, land plot No. 29. This was reported by the Chairman of the Moscow City Committee for Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects (Moskomexpertiza) Ivan Shcherbakov.
"A residential complex with 552 apartments will be built in the Severnoye Izmailovo district. More than a thousand people will be able to move into it. These will be two buildings connected by an underground parking lot. The first, consisting of five sections of different heights, will have an elongated U-shape, the second is designed as a single building of two three-story sections," said Ivan Shcherbakov.
The buildings will be placed parallel to each other, which will create an open courtyard space. There will be places for rest, games and sports.
The ground floors of the new building will have entrance areas, including through vestibules, lift halls, mailboxes, pram rooms and concierge rooms. The building will also house commercial premises and a public information centre with separate entrances from the street.
All common areas and some apartments are designed taking into account the criteria of a barrier-free environment for people with limited mobility.
