Since 2022, almost 10 hectares of land have been allocated in the Kommunarka district on the territory of the administrative and business center for the construction of multifunctional complexes as part of the implementation of large-scale investment projects (MaIP). This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov.

"Large-scale investment projects allow us to attract developers to develop urban infrastructure, create jobs in different parts of the capital, and solve major urban development problems. In particular, the city has allocated 11 land plots with an area of almost 10 hectares for the construction of multifunctional complexes in the Kommunarka district of the Novomoskovsky administrative district, where an administrative and business cluster is being formed. As part of the implementation of the MAIP, they plan to build almost 850 thousand square meters of real estate there," said Vladimir Efimov.

The provided plots are planned to be used for the construction of complexes with facilities for various purposes – from office premises to bank branches, cafes, restaurants and shops. The plots were transferred to investors from 2022 to 2025, the lease term under the agreements is five years. During this time, the companies must complete the implementation of the projects.

"Investors are showing great interest in creating an administrative and business cluster in TiNAO. More than half of the lease agreements have been concluded over the past year and a half. Since the beginning of 2025 alone, the city has provided two plots of land with an area of about 1.3 hectares for the construction of two multifunctional complexes. The formation of new centers of public and business activity will become an important stage in the development of Kommunarka, contributing to the transformation of this part of the capital into a modern district," she noted.

Ekaterina Solovieva, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of City Property.

One of the projects will be implemented near Mechnikov Boulevard. As part of the MaIP, in 2025 the city provided the investor with a plot of 0.63 hectares for the construction of a multifunctional complex. The total area of the future facility will exceed 43 thousand square meters.
