During the school year, special routes are introduced on bus and electric bus routes, which change their routes at certain times. This makes schoolchildren's trips to educational institutions more comfortable. Thus, special routes have resumed on 13 routes since September 1. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov.
"Special city routes to educational institutions operate in the morning and evening hours in 10 districts of Moscow. They allow students in the capital to conveniently get to and from schools. We continue to make trips to important social institutions more comfortable on the instructions of Sergei Sobyanin," said Maxim Liksutov.
Such flights are marked with a letter after the route number. Among them:
— C377a — transport stops at school No. 1056 (Skhodnenskaya metro station) and goes past important social facilities;
— No. 563a — the route goes to school No. 2044, the transport passes by parks and stops at the Novodachnaya railway station;

Moscow is actively developing ground urban transport to improve the quality of passenger service. In 2024 alone, more than 70 new electric bus routes were opened in the city. This is twice as many as in 2023. More than 800 electric buses from PJSC KAMAZ and LLC LiAZ arrived in the Mosgortrans fleet.

— 140 bus and electric bus routes were adjusted, transport began to run more frequently and on more popular routes;
— 15 new routes were opened, connecting residential areas with the rail frame stations;
— transport accessibility of more than 30 residential complexes has improved;
— 110 new stops were made at the most important facilities: clinics, schools, train stations and metro stations;
— 33 dedicated lanes with a total length of over 30 kilometers were organized, thanks to which buses and electric buses on more than 200 routes began to pass through congested sections of streets faster.
