The site in the Fili-Davydkovo area will be reorganized under the program of integrated development of territories (IDT). The corresponding project has already been approved. This was reported by the Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the capital's Department of Urban Development Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.

"During the reorganization of a 1.9-hectare site on Malaya Filevskaya Street, an administrative and business complex with a total area of 62.5 thousand square meters will be built. Almost 1.8 thousand jobs will be created here. Improvement and landscaping work will be carried out on the adjacent territory, and the street and road network will be modernized. Investments in the redevelopment of the site are estimated at 23.9 billion rubles, and the annual budget effect may amount to 819.4 million rubles. The project is planned to be implemented within seven years," said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The site is located next to the Pionerskaya station of the Filevskaya metro line.

Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin approved project integrated development of territories in the Filevsky Park area. It involves the development of two land plots in Beregovoy Proezd.

The KRT program is being implementedon behalf of Mayor of Moscow. Within its framework, multifunctional urban spaces are being created in former industrial zones, inefficiently used and undeveloped areas. Currently, 336 projects for the integrated development of territories with a total area of more than 4.2 thousand hectares are at various stages of development and implementation in the capital.

The implementation of 60 KRT projects is planned to be completed in the capital by the end of 2030
