On September 3, China Post plans to issue commemorative stamps to commemorate the "80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War": a set of 13 stamps and a commemorative sheet with a miniature stamp with a total face value of 20.8 yuan. It is planned to issue 6 million stamp sets and 5 million commemorative sheets with miniatures.

The set of commemorative stamps tells about 14 years of the anti-fascist war, focusing on important battles and fights. The main means of artistic expression were sculptures on the theme of war, and the background – historical photographs.

Characterized by a solemn atmosphere, artistic power, historical expressiveness and visual impact, the stamps fit perfectly into the theme of the commemorative events, promoting the great spirit of resistance against the Japanese invader. The commemorative set illustrates the 14-year arduous struggle of the Chinese people, highlighting the key role of the Communist Party of China and the significance of China as the main theater of war in the East.
