Near the Rasskazovka station of the Solntsevskaya metro line, four inefficiently used sites with a total area of 9.21 hectares will be reorganized under the integrated development of territories (IDT) project. The corresponding decision was made by the Moscow Government. This was reported by the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy Vladislav Ovchinsky.
"The city has approved a draft resolution on the integrated development of four sites near the Rasskazovka metro station, which are part of one KRT project. 262 thousand square meters of real estate will be built on the sites, including 162.5 thousand square meters of housing for the implementation of the renovation program. In addition, three public and business complexes and other infrastructure will be built on the territory, and one of the sites will be transferred to the city to accommodate a fair. As a result, over two thousand jobs will be created. The project is planned to be implemented within eight years," said Vladislav Ovchinsky.
The plots are located on Fedosyino and Korney Chukovsky streets and territorially belong to two districts: Vnukovo of the Novomoskovsky administrative district and Novo-Peredelkino of the Western administrative district.
