The Active Citizen project has opened vote, in which participants will select the best photographs sent to the updated section "Pulse of the Capital"In this way, users will be able to support talented amateur photographers and see Moscow through the eyes of its residents – with bright moments, unusual angles and the unique atmosphere of the city.
Over the course of three weeks, Muscovites sent in photos of city objects that appeared or were transformed thanks to the decisions of "active citizens." Among them are metro stations, renovated pavilions and fountains of VDNKh, the Northern and Southern river terminals, the Sinichka electric tram, and many other attractions.
The 10 photos that received the most likes were put to a vote. Of these, "active citizens" will be able to choose the three best. The authors of the winning works will receive points from the city loyalty program. "A Million Prizes". Three thousand points are awarded for first place, two thousand for second, and one thousand for third. Points can be used to obtain goods and services from program partners or donated to charity.
Updated section "Pulse of the Capital" appeared on the project website in July of this year. Here you can share your photos on specific topics dedicated to city events, projects and festivals. The website is currently accepting photos from the venues of the forum "Territory of the Future. Moscow 2030".

Project "Active Citizen" has been operating since 2014. During this time, more than seven million people have joined it, and more than seven thousand votes have been held.
