Specially equipped sites for extreme sports can be visited free of charge by all residents and guests of the capital as part of the project "Summer in Moscow".

Classes are available for adult city residents on Wednesdays and Sundays from 19:00 to 20:00 upon prior registration. You must bring roller skates and protective equipment: a helmet is required, elbow pads, knee pads, gloves and palm protection are optional.

Rock climbing develops agility and provides an even load on all muscles, including those that are rarely used in everyday life. A professional climbing wall is open for those who wish "Moscow Sport"near Staraya Basmannaya Street (Zemlyanoy Val Street, Building 1/4, Building 2). The site is open Tuesday through Friday from 12:00 to 20:00 and Saturday through Sunday from 11:00 to 21:00. Admission is free. The artificial rock of "Moscow Sport" is suitable for both beginners and experienced athletes.

Skateboarding helps you fight fear and manage your emotions, as performing the elements requires concentration and coordinated work of the whole body. It also improves balance, develops endurance and eye.

Modern skate parks "Moscow Sport", suitable for practicing tricks, are located near Staraya Basmannaya Street (Zemlyanoy Val Street, Building 1/4, Bldg. 2) and near the Dobryninskaya metro station (Koroviy Val Street, Building 1). Free skateboarding is available from Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 to 20:00 and from Saturday to Sunday from 11:00 to 21:00. Admission is free.
