"Since 2021, the Together with Culture service has been helping residents of the capital to realize their creative ideas by providing a wide range of spaces for work and leisure. Since its launch, it has acquired a regular audience: according to statistics, every second tenant returns again. The built-in filter system allows you to find a space for almost any request. For example, you can select the type of event, and the service will select the most suitable option. And thanks to a simple and intuitive booking mechanism, you can rent a venue in a few clicks," the department's press service said.
Most often, the premises were rented for master classes — this made up almost a quarter of the total number of bookings. Another 12 percent were for meetings, 10 percent — for trainings, nine percent — for rehearsals. The sites were also rented for lectures (eight percent) and concerts (seven percent).
In addition, with the help of the service, Muscovites organized filming, discussions, seminars, quests, performances, musical lectures, matinees, exhibitions, dance evenings, film screenings and presentations. The premises were rented for graduation parties and musical performances, charity events and off-site marriage registration.
The list of the most popular rooms this year is headed by the lecture hall of the Central City Youth Library named after M.A. Svetlov. The spacious, light hall with panoramic windows overlooking Bolshaya Sadovaya Street can accommodate up to 50 people. It is equipped with a projector with a screen, automatic blinds, a music mixing console, an acoustic system and other necessary equipment. Here you can hold master classes, presentations, concerts and theatrical performances. In addition, the workshop of the library named after M.A. Svetlov, the theater living room in the Gogol House, the Turgenev living room of the library-reading room named after I.S. Turgenev and the creative laboratory of the sports and leisure center "Saorazvitie" in the Northern Administrative District are often booked.
Service "Together with culture" allows any resident of the capital (both individuals and legal entities) to rent premises in libraries, cultural centers, museums and other cultural institutions of the city. To book it, it is enough to submit an electronic application, indicating the type of event and information about yourself (this will take a few minutes). If the user has saved data in their personal account on the mos.ru portal, some of the fields of the online form will be filled in automatically.

The page for each venue shows available dates for booking, rental prices, and information on the availability of the premises for people with disabilities, parking, places for loading and unloading equipment, vending machines, Wi-Fi, or a selfie zone. After submitting an application, the institution will review it within four calendar days. The contract will be sent to the user's personal account on mos.ru and by email. It must be brought with you along with your passport on the day of the event.
