Individuals can purchase land for individual housing construction in Moscow directly from the city. A plot for individual housing construction (IHC) can be selected from a special city list atmos.ru portal. Currently, it presents 30 objects in the Troitsky Administrative Okrug (TAO). This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov.
"In the Troitsky Administrative District, Muscovites can purchase almost 3.3 hectares of land for the construction of private residential buildings with a total area of over 13 thousand square meters. Thus, the special list includes 30 plots for individual housing construction, located in the Tatar Administrative District. Anyone can choose a suitable property and submit an application for its purchase to the Department of City Property. If there are two or more applicants, an auction will be held. The plots are located in 12 settlements of the district, each of them has its own logistical and infrastructural advantages," commented Vladimir Efimov.
After selecting a free plot of land from a special list, a city resident – an individual must submit an application for its purchase to the capital Department of City PropertyIf no new applications for the purchase of the property are received within 30 days, a purchase and sale agreement will be concluded with the applicant.
The properties available for purchase are located in the villages of Kamenka, Popovka, Vlasovo, Rogovo, Vasyunino, Klenovka, Meshkovo, Kuznetsovo and Belousovo. In addition, there are vacant areas in the villages of Klenovo, Voronovo and Mikhailovo-Yartsevskoye.
"In the village of Klenovo in the Voronovo district, six plots with a total area of over 0.6 hectares are available for purchase. The properties are located four kilometers from the Varshavskoye Highway and less than 10 kilometers from the Central Ring Road. In the village of Meshkovo in the same district, three properties with a total area of almost 0.3 hectares can be purchased, and three more plots of land with a total area of over 0.2 hectares are located in the village of Kuznetsovo in Bekasovo," she noted.
