"A three-section residential building was built in the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district under the renovation program. The new building has 275 apartments with finished improved finishing that meets the standards of the renovation program. Their total area exceeds 16 thousand square meters. The adjacent territory is landscaped and green. There are two children's playgrounds and one sports ground in the yard. Nearby there are bus and tram stops, kindergartens and schools, clinics, as well as embankments and parks," said Vladislav Ovchinsky.
The new residential complex is located at 11 General Glagoleva Street, Building 1. Shops, pharmacies and other social and household facilities will be able to open in seven non-residential premises on the ground floor. This will also create new jobs in the area.
"The construction of the building under the renovation program was carried out under the supervision of Mosgosstroynadzor. During the work on the land plot of almost 0.8 hectares, the committee's inspectors carried out seven control and supervision activities. Based on the results of the final inspection, a conclusion was issued on the compliance of the building with the approved design documentation," added the Chairman of the Committee for State Construction Supervision of the City of Moscow
The residential complex has a barrier-free environment: there are no thresholds, steps or other obstacles in the entrances, which ensures comfort for people with limited mobility. The entrances are located at the same level as the street and overlook both sides of the building.
