Resolution of August 23, 2025 No. 1263
The boundaries of the priority development area (PDA) "Mikhailovsky" in Primorsky Krai will be expanded. This will allow the implementation of a new investment project.
According to the signed resolution, the boundaries of the priority development area will include land plots with a total area of 33 hectares located in the Ussuriysk urban district and the Oktyabrsky municipal district.
An investment project to develop a clay quarry and build a brick factory is planned to be implemented on the renovated territory. This will expand the construction materials market, attract more than 1.6 billion rubles of private investment and create about 90 new jobs.
