Noting that the 15th Five-Year Plan period is a key stage for consolidating the foundation and intensifying efforts in an all-round way to basically realize socialist modernization, Wang Huning called on CPPCC National Committee members to put forward their ideas and make efforts to formulate a new plan on a scientific basis.
