BEIJING, Aug. 25 (Xinhua) — The Chinese-Russian Teenagers' Cultural and Art Festival was held successfully at Baroque Square in Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, on Thursday. The event was organized by the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism to promote cultural exchanges and strengthen friendship between teenagers from the two countries through art.
