BEIJING, Aug. 24 (Xinhua) — At the invitation of Zhao Leji, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), Russian State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin will lead a delegation that will visit China from August 25 to 26.
