Tashkent, Aug. 24 (Xinhua) — The International Grape and Wine Festival was held from Friday to Saturday in Tashkent region of Uzbekistan.
The main goal of the event is to increase the tourist flow to the region, create a platform for exchanging best practices in the field of viticulture and winemaking, as well as widely promoting Uzbekistan's ecotourism products on the world market. In addition, the festival is also aimed at attracting foreign investment to the republic.
