Moscow, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) — Thirteen passenger trains have been delayed due to illegal interference by outsiders in the operation of railway transport at the Petrov Val station in the Volgograd region, the press service of the Volga Railway reported on its Telegram channel on Saturday.

According to the department, all trains are running on their routes with delays ranging from 7 minutes to 2 hours 15 minutes.
