XINING, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) — Four people were killed and 12 others were missing after cables snapped at a construction site for a bridge over the Yellow River in northwest China's Qinghai Province. The incident occurred at around 3 a.m. Friday on the bridge, which is under construction and is part of the Sichuan-Qinghai Railway, relevant authorities in Qinghai Province said. -0-
