It is a great honor for us to host such a forum, and your personal participation in it. We are sincerely grateful.
The topic – it concerns the whole country, the quality of life. And the government is primarily assessed by the quality of life of the population. What is being done in the country today. All programs, national projects and especially support for small towns, historical settlements significantly change our country.
As for the economic situation. Last year, we exceeded the figure of 5 trillion in gross regional product – this is almost 4% growth. The volume of shipped industrial products amounted to more than 5.6 trillion rubles – also growth of about 5%. The volume of construction work – also growth of 17%, 908 billion rubles. We commissioned 3 million 400 thousand square meters of housing, every year in recent years we have been commissioning more than 3 million. Agriculture is also growing – 341 billion rubles of products.
And most importantly, the evaluation criterion is investments in fixed capital. The figure was 1 trillion 430 billion rubles – also with growth.
As for this year, of course, there were some concerns about the rate, markets, restrictions. Nevertheless, for now, the gross product is growing at 2.6% over 7 months. And industrial production is growing at 9.7%.
