Moscow, August 19 /Xinhua/ — Russian President Vladimir Putin has dismissed Dmitry Lyubinsky from his post as ambassador to Austria and appointed him deputy minister of foreign affairs of Russia. The relevant decrees were published on the official portal of legal information.

As reported earlier, in July of this year Mikhail Bogdanov was dismissed from the post of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia. As reported by TASS, his departure was connected only with personal circumstances, he wrote a letter of his own free will.

D. Lyubinsky was born in 1967 and joined the diplomatic service in 1989. In 2015, the diplomat was appointed Russian Ambassador to Austria. –0–
