BRUSSELS, Aug. 18 (Xinhua) — European leaders will hold a preparatory meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Washington on Monday ahead of talks with U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House later in the day, the European Commission said.
