The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the National Payment Card System (NSPK) have launched a program to support SMEs using the loyalty program of JSC NSPK and the infrastructure of the My Business small and medium-sized business support centers.
"The launch of a joint program with the National Payment Card System is the next step in the systemic support of Russian small and medium-sized enterprises. The combination of NSPK technological solutions with the infrastructure of the My Business centers is aimed at allowing entrepreneurs to resolve issues related to launching promotions, promoting their brand, working with the client base, and reducing marketing costs in one digital window. Such an integrated approach is especially in demand by businesses: according to a study conducted by the Ministry together with partners, 92% of companies are already actively implementing digital tools. Based on this trend, the long-term partnership of the Ministry with NSPK is aimed at accelerating the digital transformation of SMEs and increasing their competitiveness," explained Tatyana Ilyushnikova, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia.
Participation in the program gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to expand their customer base and increase turnover by launching promotions with cashback for buyers, promote the brand through the channels of JSC NSPK using customer behavior analysis, transaction data and audience profile, optimize marketing costs thanks to free promotion of program participants' promotions.
As part of the program, the My Business portal ensures interaction with the NSPK marketing platform for retail business.
"NSPK constantly expands the opportunities for entrepreneurs to develop their business by using the company's technological platform solutions. Now you can join the "Hello!" loyalty program by clicking on the link from the "My Business" portal through the intuitive personal account of the Loyalty Program. The terms of the promotion are formed in accordance with the business goals of each company, which is very convenient and creates additional opportunities for promoting the brands of entrepreneurs. At the same time, special conditions for covering the participants' promotions through NSPK communication channels for users of the "My Business" portal who launched their offers before the end of this year will reduce advertising costs and direct available funds to optimize business processes," said Dmitry Dubynin, General Director of NSPK.
By joining the loyalty program and launching the promotion before December 31, 2025, companies will receive additional marketing promotion.

Agreements on the implementation of modern digital payment solutions to support small and medium-sized businesses were reached at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025). At the event, a corresponding cooperation agreement was signed between the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and NSPK.
