We would like to inform you that amendments and additions have been made to the Rules for Electronic Document Management approved by the Order of Moscow Exchange PJSC dated June 24, 2025 No. MB-P-2025-2286 (hereinafter referred to as the EDI Rules).

The main changes and additions made:

the procedure for using copies of electronic documents with visualization of an electronic signature (visualization of information about the signatory of an electronic document from the certificate of the electronic signature verification key of such signatory, the link to the certificate of which is contained in the electronic signature of the electronic document) has been clarified; the procedure for providing companies of the Moscow Exchange Group (NPO NCC (JSC), and (or) NPO JSC NSD, and (or) JSC NTB) with documents and information received from the Participant of the EDM in accordance with the EDM Rules has been clarified.

The EDI rules in the new edition were approved by the order of Moscow Exchange PJSC dated August 11, 2025 No. MB-P-2025-3055.

According to the specified order, the EDI Rules in the new edition will come into effect on September 1, 2025.
