"The federal project "We are together" of the national project "Youth and Children" helps to promote our traditional spiritual and moral values – more than 57% of young people already consider family to be the main value – and also makes a significant contribution to the development of volunteering. Within the framework of the federal project, the largest platform "Dobro.RF" is being implemented, where all programs and measures to support volunteers are collected. In six months, the events of the federal project "We are together" have covered more than 19.8 million participants," the Deputy Prime Minister said.

Dmitry Chernyshenko recalled that President Vladimir Putin recently extended the decree on support for volunteer activities in the DPR, LPR, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions to a number of other entities, including Crimea and the border area. Rosmolodezh, together with the Dobro.RF association, will determine the procedure for selecting and training volunteers to work in these regions. The key criteria are the safety and effectiveness of volunteers. The decree also guarantees compensation in a number of cases.
"Education of a harmoniously developed personality that shares the spiritual and moral values of our country is one of the priority tasks of Russian universities along with professional training. And in this sense, the federal project "We are together" has a fruitful influence on students – the guys can try themselves as volunteers, through meetings with interesting people and travel within the framework of the project, learn more about the history of their country and be inspired by the heroic deeds of our contemporaries," added the head of the Ministry of Education and Science Valery Falkov.
For example, in 2024, the educational module "Fundamentals of Russian Statehood" was introduced into the educational process by 90% of state universities in the country. Its implementation will create a solid foundation for the formation of value orientations among student youth.
