BEIJING, Aug. 10 (Xinhua) — The first comprehensive rehearsal for the celebrations to mark the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War was held in Tiananmen Square in Beijing on Saturday night. The event was attended by about 22,000 people, the press center for the celebrations told Xinhua.
