The inclusion of new technological solutions in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia is a confirmation that the capital's industrial sector creates truly in-demand, high-quality and competitive equipment. These developments are now available to government customers without additional barriers, which opens up new horizons for the development of domestic mechanical engineering and educational robotics," emphasized Maxim Liksutov.
Moscow factories produce innovative products for the energy complex, industrial sector, transport, telecommunications, construction, space and other industries. The manufactured products fully meet current market demands.
"The inclusion of equipment from Moscow manufacturers in the register opens up new opportunities for participation in tenders and public procurement. Now customers from the public sector and the education sector can purchase domestic equipment without additional approval procedures, which significantly simplifies the procurement process and promotes the development of import substitution in the field of industrial equipment and educational technologies," he added.

One such example is the four-axis pre-industrial robots of the SAGA corporation. Since 2020, educational institutions across Russia have received about three thousand units of equipment. The SD1-4-350 complex is a full-fledged system for teaching schoolchildren and students the basics of robotics. It allows students to master the programming of robotic manipulators and prepare for the introduction of robotics into industrial production.
The robot is supplied in a robust aluminum case, which ensures its durability and reliability. Its load capacity is 0.5 kilograms, and the positioning accuracy is 0.2 millimeters with a working reach of up to 350 millimeters. The full-fledged educational complex is equipped with a holder for a pencil or felt-tip pen, a pneumatic suction cup, a mechanical gripper, a device for laser engraving and 3D printing, and much more.
The developer corporation has created teaching materials for schoolchildren and students, and continues to improve the software to expand the robot’s functionality.
The Beavermill Plus 800 M-series milling machining center from Beavertech, developed and manufactured in Moscow, also received official recognition and was included in the register. This confirms the high quality of the equipment and its compliance with modern industry requirements.
The machine is designed for round-the-clock operation in harsh production conditions. The size of the work table is 1050 by 630 millimeters, which makes it suitable for mass production. Thanks to the use of a frame made of synthetic diabase, the machine design is highly rigid. Particular attention is paid to automation capabilities. The equipment supports integration with industrial robots, is equipped with a system of interchangeable pallets and a remote monitoring function. All this simplifies the integration of the machine into existing production lines.
The list of Russian industrial products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia also officially includes a modern programmable logic controller for automation of industrial processes and control systems Logic Box, created by the company "Electroprivod NPC-IT". The device is distinguished by the ability to connect up to 20 modules, supports various types of interfaces, works with analog signals of 0-20 and 4-20 milliamperes and temperature sensors. The controller can be used to control local objects (ventilation, lighting) and complex systems at industrial enterprises, in the fuel and energy complex and housing and communal services. The equipment is equipped with a surge protection system and ensures high measurement accuracy. Software with data visualization is provided for configuration.
