As part of the project "Summer in Moscow" there is a free urban space booking service "Everybody out on the street!". It already has more than 110 sites. Individuals, self-employed people or business representatives can rent any of them for free and hold their own events – from master classes and lectures to concerts and sports training.Department of Information Technology of the City of Moscow reminded how to book a site and what to pay attention to.

"The Summer in Moscow project is hundreds of bright events that unite people of all generations and with different interests every day. Any resident of the capital can join it and become an organizer – just decide on the concept of the event and use the city space booking service. An intuitive interface and convenient filters will help you choose the right site in a few clicks. And after confirming the rental, information about the event will automatically appear in the project poster – so as many city residents as possible will learn about it," the press service of the Moscow Department of Information Technology said.

In two months, the Summer in Moscow project has united 30 million residents and guests on the city streets, Sergei Sobyanin said earlier. The sites can host creative workshops, games and competitions, musical performances, exercise or yoga classes, lectures, seminars and other events.

Organizers can rent stages, dance and sports grounds, chalets, gazebos, and outdoor areas. The full list can be found atservice page.

Each venue's description includes the types of events it is suitable for, information on technical equipment and amenities, and a calendar of available dates and times.

How to rent a site

To book, you need to log in via Mos ID (an account on the mos.ru portal), select the desired date and time, fill out an application, indicating your personal data, phone number and email, information about the organizer. If it is a legal entity, you will need to write the organizational and legal form, company name and TIN.

Then you should add information about the event (type, name) and indicate age restrictions, as well as briefly describe it. The corresponding marks should be made if registration of visitors is assumed and if the event is paid.

The application will be reviewed within 48 hours, no later than 72 hours before the expected start time of the event. If there are no comments, a notification with confirmation, booking and venue details, and instructions on further actions will be sent to the email address specified when submitting the application. After approval, the announcement will appear in the poster on the project page "Summer in Moscow".

How to apply to hold an event within the framework of the Summer in Moscow project

When booking a time, it is worth considering that you need to have time not only to hold the event itself, but also to prepare the site before it starts and have time to vacate it for the next tenants. If the application states that participation is paid, the number of people is limited, or pre-registration is required, then the organizer must control all these aspects.

The event cancellation must be notified no later than two hours before the start, and there must be a valid reason, such as illness or adverse weather conditions. To do this, send an email to: leto@mos.ru.
