BEIJING, Aug. 6 (Xinhua) — China is willing to work with Brazil to continuously deepen cooperation in various fields and enrich the strategic content of the China-Brazil community with a shared future, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said Wednesday.
Guo Jiakun made the remarks while answering a question at a regular press briefing.
The official noted that under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, the construction of a China-Brazil community of shared future for a fairer world and a more sustainable planet has yielded fruitful results.
Guo Jiakun stressed that the mutually beneficial and friendly cooperation between China and Brazil benefits the peoples of the two countries, promotes the modernization process in each country, and serves as a model of unity and cooperation among major developing countries.
