Project "Youth of Moscow" invites you to a people's car rallyGarden Ring on the night of August 21-22 in honor of the Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation. More than 500 cars will take part in the event.

A column of 500 decorated cars will become a bright symbol of the strength and unity of our people. Participants will gather at 20:30 on Bolshaya Pirogovskaya Street. There they will also receive themed paraphernalia: the Russian flag and the coat of arms of Moscow, as well as stylized stickers. They will be able to decorate their cars with them. In addition, guests will be offered to do face painting in the colors of the Russian tricolor.
Any motorist who wishes can join the column and drive a circle around the Garden Ring. To do this, you must first pass the preliminary registration on the portal "Youth of Moscow".
The motor rally, organized by the Moscow Youth project Committee on Public Relations and Youth Policy, will mark the beginning of the celebration of the Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation and will be part of a series of events "Summer in Moscow".
Project "Summer in Moscow"— the main event of the season. It brings together the most vibrant events of the capital. Every day, charity, cultural and sports events are held in all districts of the city, most of which are free. "Summer in Moscow" is being held for the second time, and this season will be more eventful: new, original and colorful festivals and events will be added to the traditional ones.
Due to the motor rally, from 20:00 on August 21 until 01:00 on August 22, it will be temporarily impossible to drive along the section of Bolshaya Pirogovskaya Street from Yelansky Street to Zubovskaya Street and along the section of Zubovskaya Street from Bolshaya Pirogovskaya Street to Zubovsky Boulevard.
Parking will also be prohibited in these areas from 00:01 on August 21 until the end of the event.
