The number of state and municipal customers on the supplier portal has reached 60 thousand. This was reported by Maria Bagreeva, Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Head of the Moscow Department of Economic Policy and Development.
"Over the past 12 years, the Supplier Portal has become an interregional platform for small-volume procurement. With its help, state and municipal organizations, including schools, kindergartens, clinics, hospitals, theaters and other institutions, purchase the necessary goods, works and services. By mid-2025, the number of customers working on the portal reached 60 thousand. About half of them represent Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod and Chelyabinsk regions. Over the past five years, the number of customers on the Supplier Portal has grown by almost 30 percent," said Maria Bagreeva.
The supplier portal attracts entrepreneurs with the opportunity to participate in interregional purchases, digitalization and promptness of transactions. The remote format of work allows you to ship products on the day of signing the contract.
"Currently, more than 378 thousand entrepreneurs from all over the country are registered on the supplier portal, and 90 percent of them are representatives of small and medium businesses. The product catalog includes over 3.2 million items – from office supplies and medical products to heavy municipal special equipment. Today, customers from 42 subjects of the Russian Federation are connected to the platform – over five years, their number has grown by almost 24 percent. And since the beginning of this year, 2,267 customers have joined the portal, most of all – from the Tula, Ryazan and Moscow regions, Perm Krai and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug," added the head of the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy
As noted in the capital Department of Information Technologyy, the supplier portal is a reliable and convenient tool that allows you to optimize small-volume procurement procedures. The platform provides entrepreneurs with a guaranteed sales market, gives state and municipal institutions the opportunity to quickly purchase goods, works and services, and participants in the budget process – promptly receive the necessary information and documents. The entire procurement process, from posting a need to signing closing acts, takes place online. This saves time for participants in the procedure: suppliers do not need to write and send paper documents to customers, who, in turn, do not spend resources on transferring data to payment or accounting documentation.
The functional customer of the portal is the capital Department of Competition Policy, and its technical development is supervised by Department of Information Technology of the City of Moscow.
Development of electronic services for business corresponds to the objectives of the national project "Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State" regional project of the city of Moscow "Digital public administration".
